Cycle Breaking 101 starts this Wednesday, and I'm looking forward to working with this container of Cycle Breakers who are determined to let go of their old patterns to forge a new path for themselves. This community will be filled with like-minded people who are going through the same transformation, and I can't wait to see how this unfolds over the six weeks. I'll be at Crystal Wand Creations in Kokomo for readings until 2pm. It's always good to be home 🥰 This video is about how the Cycle Breaker's Path changed my life. I chose to break out of my toxic cycles and patterns that were no longer serving me five years ago because I was completely miserable. I was at my unhappiest and my heaviest, and I didn't want to continue living life as I had up to that point. I knew that I had to break the toxic loop of codependency and people pleasing, and I had no idea how to do that.
